| 25.03.08 | A meeting
between Thames Water and our Club Chairman and Secretary took place on
25th March to ascertain the affect that these works will have on our
flying site. We have been advised that the proposed Desalination pipe works are scheduled to start in June 08 through to September 08. The main car park area will be used for construction vehicles, materials and equipment. We are given to understand by Thames Water that any works will not be carried out on weekend afternoons, although this can change. We are in consultation with Thames Water to minimise disruption to our capability to use our flying site and will post further updates on this page. |
